Transferred directly to Bentota upon arrival. Your guide will meet you at the airport. Bentota is a tropical lagoon bordered on one end by the famous ‘Bentota River’. Among the gold sand, fresh sea breeze you will be refreshed after a long flight almost immediately. This also make the journey towards Sinharaja easier on the following day.

Visit Rekawa Turtle Conservation and if lucky, get a glimpse of turtles laying eggs in the shore of the south beach. Visit Kalametiya bird sanctuary and explore a rich bird life while traveling on a ferry.
